Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Avik Sharma son of Mr. Amitava Sharma have an experience of 6 years in the healthcare industry and I have completed my bachelors in BPT from Allahabad University and Masters in Hospital Administration from Acharya college of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. I am a certified Six Sigma – Green Belt Holder from Benchmark Six Sigma. As part of full professional education.
I worked with “ILS Hospitals,” located in Tripura- Agartala since March’ 2011 till 10.07.2013. I was heading the “Quality Department” where my major responsibility was to implement quality process for various clinical & non-clinical departments, conducting internal audits for accreditations, Documentation, Evaluation of compliance etc. I have also been involved in preparation of standard operating procedures, designing and implementation of Forms for both the units (Agartala & Dumdum).
I worked with Paras HMRI Hospital, Patna as Dy. Manager, Quality and Training from 15.07.2013 till 30-05.2014 and my responsibilities were to implement of SOPs department wise, creation, development and implementation of Forms and Formats. Oversee the training programs. I was the NABH Coordinator for the hospital.
At present associated with Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Amingaon, Guwahati (Unit of Narayana Health Ltd) from June, 2014 as Assistant Manager- Quality and coordinated the overall NABH Accreditation process. The hospital has successfully achieved NABH Accreditation on 30th September 2015.It is the Second Hospital in entire North East Region to be NABH Accredited.
Helped NH- Jaipur during JCI Survey in documentation and preparation of other necessary documents. Was able to observe JCI Survey held from 17th August 2015 to 21st August 2015. NH- Jaipur has being Re-Accreditated in August 2015. Was appreciated by top management for my work during JCI.
Has being an integral part of Brahmananda Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Jamshedpur in connection with their NABH Assessment, hospital has successfully got NABH in the month of March 2016.
Was invited at Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi Regional Institute of Mental Health (LGBRIMH), Tezpur as a Resource Person for Wrokshop on Quality Management.
Helped NH- Bangalore Cardiac unit in preparing for their 3rd NABH Reaccredation held from 1st April to 3rd April 2016.

Working in Narayana Superspeciality Hospital- Guwahati (Second NABH Accredited Hospital in entire North East Region), a unit of Narayana Health- Bangalore which is a 350 bedded super specialty hospital chain engaged in primary as well as tertiary care services. The Responsibility areas are:
Accreditation Coordinator for the hospital.
To conduct internal quality audit as per the frequency decided.
