AVCSThe ADMIRALTY Vector Chart Service (AVCS) is the most comprehensive,
official digital chart service in the world, containing over 12,000 Electronic
Navigational Charts (ENCs). AVCS only contains ENC data that meets SOLAS
Carriage Requirements for use within ECDIS. Using AVCS in combination with
Neptune allows access to immediate updates to ENC data, anywhere in the
world, at any time.
Features:
• 100% official ENC digital charts in a comprehensive, value-added service.
• Global coverage, with more routes and ports than any other competing service.
• ADMIRALTY Information Overlay (AIO) for additional passage planning
information.
• Immediate base and update data available through Neptune
• Certificates to aid compliance with Port State Control inspections.
• Weekly updates on physical media (CD/DVD) or online.
Admiralty Information OverlayThe Admiralty Information Overlay (AIO) includes all Admiralty Temporary
and Preliminary Notices to Mariners (T&P NMs) and provides additional
navigationally significant information from the UKHO’s ENC validation
programme.
Features:
• Displayed as a single layer on top of the basic ENC.
• Available free of charge as part of the Admiralty Vector Chart Service and
within Admiralty Value Added Resellers’ services.
• Easy, clear and consistent way to view data required in addition to the
standard chart, to enable safe and compliant navigation.
• Eases simplicity of passage planning by showing where important Temporary
or Preliminary changes may impact a voyage.
• Enables shipping companies to comply more easily with Port State Control
(PSC) requirements by providing T&P NMs where they do not currently
exist in ENC coverage today.
• Can be displayed on compatible ECDIS equipment.
At Nautisk we believe that digital services should be fast, simple and user friendly. We also know that one size does not fit all. We have developed a comprehensive combination of digital services and licensing options, tailored to meet the individual needs of every vessel, saving you time, and money.
