K.P. Rule :- The Ruling planets at the time of judgement agree with the ruling planets at the time of birth. In this Chart, Ascendant falls in Leo at 19-27 and it is jointly ruled by Sun as Sign Lord Venus as Star Lord, Rahu as Sub Lord and Venus as Sub sub Lord. The Sign lord, Star lord and Sub sub lord of the Ascendant at the time of birth agrees with the ruling planets at the time of judgement. But the Sub lord of the Ascendant at birth is Rahu in the star of Venus, the ruling planets at the time of judgement. Thus, the RP both at the time of judgement as well as Birth are tallied. So the given birth time is correct.

Now let us examine whether the marriage is promised or not in the light of K.P. laws.

K.P. Rule:- 7th Cuspal Sub lord is the guide. If the sub lord of the 7th Cusp signifies either 2 or 7 or 11 house, then marriage is promised and



the marriage would take place during the conjoined periods of the significators of houses 2,7 and 11. Cuspal Analysis:- In this chart under consideration, 7th Cusp sub lord is Mars. Mars is in the star of Sun and sub of Mercury. Mars signifies houses 1,4 & 9; Sun signifies houses 1 & 3 and Mercury signifies houses 2,3 & 11. Moreover, 7th Cusp sub lord Mars is a strong significator of 7th house having no planets in its stars. So marriage is promised in this native. But till now why did not marriage take place ? Is there any Punarphoo Dosha ( delay in marriage) present in the chart? As per Astrological research, it is a new kind of planetary combination called Punarphoo Dosha. It affects the native in all sorts of life like Education, Marriage, Service, Profession, Business and also Progeny. It is a settled matter becomes un-settled.

If there is any indication of Punarphoo Dosha in any chart, then one, two or more marriage negotiation will break and then marriage will take place. It is the experience of Prof. K. S. Krishnamurti that marriage which takes place after break of one or two negotiation, the bride or groom finally selected, is better than the previous one. In this chart, Saturn is in 7th house and in the sub of Moon. So due to Punarphoo Dosha the marriage is delayed. Moreover, when Vivaha Karaka planet Venus posited either in 4th or 6th or 10th or 12th, it indicates much delay in marriage.

Rahu was aspected by Moon and Ketu was conjoined with the ruling planet Moon, so Rahu and Ketu are to be taken as ruling planets. Therefore, the Ruling Planets at the time of judgment are Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Venus, Rahu and Ketu. It may be mentioned here that all the ruling planets are not always beneficial. When they are deposited either in the constellation or sub of a retrograde planet, they will ultimately prove to be tempters. In the present case, Rahu is in the star of retrograde planet Saturn and Ketu is in the sub of Saturn. Therefore, they are not beneficial. The common planets between the significators of houses 2, 7 & 11 and the ruling planets are Sun, Moon, Jupiter and Venus. So the marriage can take place during the conjoined period of Venus, Moon, Sun and Jupiter provided transit agrees.



Dasa-Bhukti-Anthra Analysis :- The native is running the major Dasa of Ketu, Bhukti of Saturn and Anthra of Rahu. But the dasa lord Ketu is not found as one of the common planets. Next dasa is Venus from 25.04.2013 to 25.04.2033. Venus dasa Venus Bhukti is from 25.04.2013 to 24.08.2016. Venus / Venus / Moon is from 14.01.2014 to 25.04.2014. Venus / Venus / Moon / Sun is from 20.04.2014 to 25.04.2014. Therefore, it is expected that the marriage of this native can be celebrated during the period between 20.04.2014 and 25.04.2014.

a. There is controversial point regarding the nodes in KP astrologers that all are taking each and every significations / characteristics as told by Guruji Prof.KSK except nodes aspects. Some agreeing nodes aspects as in Bruhat Parasara Hora i.e. Nodes have aspects like Jupiter and some say no aspects for nodes. b. Accurate and correct predict rules on— i. Second or more marriages while living, after death or after divorce. KP explains only second marriage which is not correct at times. ii. One of my friends wanted me to read the chart of his relative daughter and forwarded the required detail, which will be discussed later in this article. After erecting the KP chart as usual, I found that the RPs at the time of erecting the chart were not agreed with the given time of birth and when rectified there was a difference of 18 Minutes and 28 seconds roughly. According to my honorable KP Guruji, no astrologer is permitted to change or rectify the birth time of a native unless the client raises the doubt in his birth time. But in this particular case my friend was unaware of more detail of this birth and he made arrangements with the grandmother of the native to call me.

She: "We have consulted some other astrologer in Sri Lanka, but no one has told such a discrepancy in the birth time of this baby. Why only you are?"

I: "Yes Maam, It is because the astrology is a divine science and divinity showed me some fault in the birth time and the reasons may be,

(a) Baby have had suffered from any type of disease that affected for the respiration at her birth.

OR

(b) Birth time was incorrectly noted by the hospital". Then she admitted with the reason (a) above and continued.



In the discussion with her, she disclosed the following detail on her granddaughter’s birth.

1. The birth was a C/Section

2. At the time of the taking out the baby from the womb in the surgery, the body of the baby was bluish in color.

3. Soon after the birth baby had been taken to the baby room by the doctors for treatments and had been taken back to her mother after about 20 minutes.

4. Parents of this baby are divorced at the time of this analysis.

5. Presently the mother of the baby is employed in a foreign country.

If the birth time is all right, all the above events should be revealed by the horoscope. But it was not so and my decision for incorrect birth time came to true. Finally they agreed for the birth time rectification.
