The North American eCommerce Platform Project, named MCCP (Multi-Channel, Commerce Platform), is a multi-year effort to create the platform/technical foundation and resource capabilities to support multiple brands conducting eCommerce in multiple geographies in North America. The goal is a true, seamless integration of all selling channels and customer contact points, including eCommerce, which will allow for easier integration and synchronization between the various channels and improve the overall customer experience with Client regardless of Channel.

Worked on the below application for automation:

OLS(Online System): its an web-based application used to place different types of orders.

QO(Quick Order): its an window based application to place different types of orders. It can also do different types of order modifications.

OMS(Order Management System)/Yantra: its used to view the orders placed by customers using OLS and QO and modify the OLS as needed( core element in retail project).Clearly knows the architecture and different flows of Best Buy order management system.

Kiosk/Express Lane: An online application where in the Customer Care Representative helps the customer to place the order.
