The machine has been realized to cut bale made of natural or synthetic rubber. The machine is provided with: - inlet conveyor belt 1500 mm long (any other measure on request); - digital timer to set the material advancement; - oleo-dynamic circuit with electric-valves and 80 Lt. oil tank inside the basement; - pneumatic device to keep steady the rubber bale during the cut; - blade and counter blade in special hardened steel.

Technical characteristics: - cutting power: about 14 tons; - cutting width: 750 mm; - cutting height: 300 mm; - motor pump power: 4 Kw.

Mod.: PumaCut300D This machine has the same characteristics of PumaCut300 but is provided of: PLC, encoder, inverter and operator panel; so it cut slices of each length with high precision.

Mod.: PumaCut600 STANDARD The machine has been realized to cut bale made of rubber or other similar material. The cut is made moving two levers, that command the movement of the blade, while a third lever regulates the feeding move. The machine is provided of normal blade and counterblade of drawn aluminium.

CRYOGENIC DEFLASHING MACHINE

The barrel’s rotation is execute with a motor- reducer controlled by digital inverter. The nitrogen’s injection into the barrel is controlled by electric-valve projected for cryogenic applications with CE security device.

SHOT-BLASTING MACHINE

Shot-blasting machine with turning drum for deflashing of little parts, O-Rings, etc. Main features: - cooling of the flashes by liquid Nitrogen powdered indirectly on the load; - the no-abrasive plastic granules are ejected uniformly on the rubber parts by a variable speed turbine and the parts are not spoiled on the surface; - the parts are loaded into an horizontal drum made in pierced stainless steel, giving the possibility to granules to go out for deflashing on all the surface; - as the drum is installed on guides it goes out completely and permits an easy loading and unloading of the parts; - the deflashed parts are unloaded directly on a vibrating device and the impurities are separated from the deflashed parts; - the speed of the turbine, the speed of the drum and the adjustment of the temperature are made automatically by PLC and electronic converter.
