Details LibraryThe details library includes more than 200 CAD drafted details for pools, residential framing, bracing and tie-down, commercial framing, conventional footings and slabs, waffle footings and slabs, retaining walls, slab joints, tilt panels and much more.
These details can be copied and pasted from the large library and dropped into the design plans. This allows for large time savings and accurate presentation of the plans. Simply stretch or edit the detail as needed to suit the project constraints.
Standard notesStandard notes have been typed up in AutoCAD format. This includes general notes, loading notes, safety in design notes, plumbing requirements notes and more.
Material specification notesMaterial specification notes have been typed up in AutoCAD format. This includes footing notes, timber notes, masonry notes, earthwork notes, structural steel notes, concrete notes, pool notes, tilt up panel notes and more.
A3 and A1 title block templatesThe A3 and A1 title block templates have been drafted up in AutoCAD format. These are neatly presented to print out to scale in paper space. Project information has been set up for quick editing to suit the job details. Simply drop your company’s logo on the plans and add your personal details in the spaces provided.
A3 and A1 project templatesA3 and A1 project templates have been accurately and efficiently set up in AutoCAD format. These templates make for an efficient way to start any set of plans. Also included is many copy paste details to use on the plans and schedules which allows for quick editing.
Details, text and dimensions are scaled and clearly laid out at 1:100, 1:20 and 1:10. The plans and details have been set up in model space with sheets pre-arranged in paper space for quick printing of plans.
Report templatesThe report templates make for an efficient place to start engineering reports. The report templates can be used for dilapidation reports, condition reports or structural reports. The templates help guide the information which is needed and are simple but thorough.
Inspection report template The inspection report template is typed up in word format. Simply print out and fill in on site or type in the project information in the spaces provided and print. The inspection report template is clearly laid out with spaces left for filling in. Inspection disclaimer is also included in small font at the bottom of page.
Fee Proposal A professional fee proposal has been typed up in word format. This concise 4 page document has all the normal information required to produce quotations quickly and clearly. The last page of the fee proposal contains the legal terms and conditions in fine print.

How to UseThe A3 and A1 title blocks have been neatly set up to display the project information. Simply add in the designer’s details, site address and drop your company’s logo on the title in.
The A3 and A1 project templates have the pages set up ready to print in model space / paper space. Typical project bases are in the templates which include standard items which can be edited to suit the project. Framing, bracing and footings and slab schedules, dimensions, line types and texts are included. Many
other quick use items are set up ready to use for lintels, beams, footings, bored piers, screw piers etc. These templates make for a quick and high-quality start to any project.
The details have been designed in accordance with Australian Standards, industry requirements and sound engineering knowledge. The details have been drafted in AutoCAD in 2D format.
The report templates are set up with headings and text which prompts the user to fill in the information in a clear and to the point manner for fast and thorough report writing. The inspection report template is clear and quick to use.
UsageThe intellectual property will be licenced to the purchaser for an ongoing amount of time with no further fees payable. The licenced IP can be used within the company’s office at one office location only.
There is no limit on the number of employees within the office who can use the files. There is also no limit on the number of projects the office does using the licenced IP. The IP can be modified to suit the project constraints as required.
Copying or distributing the IP outside of the licenced company’s office is not allowed. If multiple office locations exist within the one company then those individual office locations will need to purchase their own licence to use the IP.
