A MESSAGE FROM THE TRADITIONAL OWNERS On behalf of the Gimuy Walubara Yidinji people, I welcome you to our Country, now known as Cairns.

For generations, Cairns has continued to be a meeting place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, a gateway to Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

I trust you will enjoy the cultural and artistic presentations CIAF has on offer.

Welcome to Yidinji Country.
