Over 120 local and international trade and corporate specialists gathered to discuss new opportunities for trade and investment in Australia.
Returning to Sydney for its fourth year, GTR’s annual gathering in Australia returned as the Australia Trade Forum for 2017.
A corporate-focused gathering brought together all sectors involved in international trade on Monday, May 29th. The event reported on developments in global markets and their impact on Australian trade, and explored what the future may hold for Australia’s corporates and exporters.
Featured speaker, Laurie Walker of North Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF) a government lender armed with A$5bn to invest in infrastructure projects, was interviewed by GTR’s Asia Editor, Finbarr Bermingham on the developing of Australia’s infrastructure to drive trade and investment (full interview here).
