Day 03 (continued) This afternoon you will be met at your accommodation by your guide and vehicle for your small group afternoon/evening tour to Phillip Island. Discover Phillip Island’s unique nature experiences and dramatic landscapes. Your small group tour will help to further the protection and conservation of the local fauna and flora. If you travel in the summer, you will have some free time in the town of Cowes where you might like to walk along the beach or pier, do some shopping or try some local seafood (meal cost not included). A trip to Phillip Island is not complete without its black tie gala event: the Penguin Parade. You will head to the Visitor Centre to shop, have a coffee and meander along the boardwalk to the viewing platform where you will see the little penguins come ashore, decked out in their tuxedos as they hurry off to find their burrows. *Please note: photos and video of the little penguins are not permitted Upon conclusion of the tour you will return to Melbourne, arriving at your accommodation late this evening.

Phillip Island

Phillip Island is only 90 minutes from the metropolis of Melbourne, across a

permanent bridge. You can find yourself nose to nose with koalas, sharing a

beach with a colony of fur seals splashing in the sea or following the nightly

parade of penguins returning to their nests. Phillip Island is home to some of

Victoria's most popular wildlife and birdwatching. Experience sheltered cove,

wild surf beaches and magnificent cliff top look outs, charming guest houses,

waterside cafes and stunning golf courses – stop and rest a little longer.

Day 09 This morning make your way independently to Sydney Harbour BridgeClimb for an exhilarating first-hand experience of one of the world’s most famous icons!

All Climbers must wear suitable enclosed rubber soled shoes such as runners, track or hiking shoes. PVC and leather soled shoes are unsuitable. Every Climber will need to pass a breath-test (for a blood alcohol limit of 0.05% or less) before being allowed to climb. Absorb a 360 degree panorama of Sydney on the original climb experience. During this three and a half hour adventure you will climb stairs and catwalks never previously opened to the public and wind your way through a tangle of hatchways and steel girders suspended above the traffic. You'll see the place where the arch was joined for the first time making Sydney Harbour Bridge History, and access walkways only recently used exclusively by maintenance teams. At the top you will climb between the arches to the summit, 134 metres above the water, and see all of Sydney laid-out before you. Along the way, a Climb Leader will share the Bridge's rich history leaving you in awe of this incredible feat of engineering. The remainder of the day is at leisure and we suggest the following optional activities:

Visit the Sydney Aquarium and Taronga Park Zoo

Take a surfing lesson at Bondi or Manly Beach

Shop at Pitt Street Mall, the Queen Victoria Building and Oxford Street Paddington
