Introduction of Forum

“Aurangabad HR Forum” … A WhatsApp group was

formed by Mr Yogesh Jadhav in July 2015.

It has started working for HR fraternity and in a very short time, 240 HR professionals and 60 HR Students have been associated with Forum.

ObjectiveWhile Aurangabad HR Forum was extending its arms in the HR

Professionals in Aurangabad; the contributory members came

with objective of the group:• To utilize this social networking platform for professional

networking where we get connected with other HR

Professionals from Aurangabad region.• To create platform for the HR fraternity, Industry and

society.• To share professional knowledge, Information and Updates

on Legal Compliance. • To run knowledge sharing sessions for HR fraternity to

brush up our knowledge and competencies.• To extend a support to upcoming HR Professionals

(Students)

Objective – Students Forum

• We are also into nurturing the upcoming talent of HR by

sharing and extending knowledge with HR Students in

region for that we have sub group named as "Aurangabad HR Forum for Students“.

• where students get familiarity with Corporate culture and

upcoming requirements as well as keeping them ready for

those requirements. • Here we are also welcoming HR faculties to join us so that it

can lead further and will be extending support in terms of

guest lectures, seminars, mock interviews, etc.
