Book Discussions at Ida Rupp Public Library There are three monthly book discussions at the library.

New members are always welcome.

Copies of the next title for discussion are available at the public services desk.

Friday Morning Discussion: Generally held on the 4th Friday of each month at 10:00 am.

This group discusses a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles.

Just the Facts Discussion: Generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am.

This group discusses non-fiction titles.

Mystery Book Discussion: Generally held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.

This group discusses mystery and thriller titles.

Movie and Discussion Generally held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 10am.

This group watches a classic movie and then discusses the movie.

Garden Series Discussion at Ida Rupp Public Library Master Gardener and author, Mary Strayer, presents discussions on gardening.

A question and answer session follows her presentation.

The Garden Series is generally held on a Tuesday every month at 2 p.m.

May 14 – 2:00 p.m. Wild Violets

June 11 – 2:00 p.m. Xeriscape Gardening

Ida’s Ingredients Cookbook Club Books are available on the spinning rack in front of the

book sale books in the middle of the library.

Please bring your own place setting (plate, silverware) for each meeting.

Refreshments will be provided.

You should make and bring one regular-size recipe -

enough that everyone gets a taste. There is no need to double or triple recipes.

Recipes should be prepared at home prior to the meeting.

The library kitchen has a microwave that can be used for re-heating if necessary.

Pre-registration prior to each monthly meeting is required.

The club is free and open to the public. Please call us to register at 419-732-3212.
