All planning sessions are run offsite over the course of 1-2 full days, usually at outstanding locations specifically selected as environments conducive to great thinking. It's here we aim to do as much of the groundwork as possible, getting the whole team engaged and creating the single-page business map, so we can then move to start implementing quickly. This is where we also talk about the ongoing measurement of success, so we know when we’re on track for growth and when we’re not.

Monthly meetings are less about talking about needs to happen and most often about getting 80% of it done there and then. This is where we design marketing, work out pricing, sort out staff management, plan campaigns, design processes and more – all "working on the business" things. In many cases where it's needed, we'll run specific training sessions or 1-to-1 coaching for team members in need of development.
