Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all floor and absentee bidders in this auction. Your submission of bids in this auction constitutes your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Buyers are reminded that there is a Buyer’s premium of 15% inclusive of
GST payable on the hammer price of each lot.
2. Descriptions in this catalogue are meant as a guide only and are deemed to
have been made to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are therefore
requested to examine the item before purchasing. No claims for damage,
mis-description, genuineness or authenticity of any lot will be entertained.
3. The highest bidder will be the purchaser and in the case of a dispute, the
lot may be re-submitted and the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
4. The auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid and place a reserve on any lot.
5. Until sold, goods remain the property and responsibility of the owner.
From the time of the lot being sold, it will become the responsibility of the
buyer.
6. The ownership of a lot shall not pass to the bidder until the purchase price is
paid in full.
7. All purchases must be collected by the buyer and removed from the
venue by 10am on the day following the auction unless previously
agreed between the Auctioneer or his representative and the buyer. Items
not collected during this time may be placed in storage at the buyers risk
and expense and the buyer shall be responsible for all removal, storage
and insurance charges incurred.
8. All buyers or members of the public enter the auction rooms entirely at their
own risk.
9. Offers can be submitted at the termination of the auction on any items
passed in and may be accepted at the discretion of the Auctioneer.

Removal of Items It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange for removal of all items purchased from the venue by 10am on Monday 24tth March after which access to the venue will not be possible - Any good lefts after this time will be deemed abandond
Telephone Bidding Telephone bidding is possible with 24 hrsnotice, telephone bidding forms can be downloaded from the website and completed forms must be received no later than midday on 22nd March 2014
1 Payment may be made by CASH, BANK CHEQUE, EFTPOS, CREDIT CARDS (plus 1.5% merchant fee).
(AMEX and DINERS CARD not accepted.) 2. Reference is sometimes made to damage or restoration. The
absence of such reference does not imply that a lot is free from defects, nor does any reference to particular defects imply the absence of others.
3. The Auctioneer will execute absentee bids as instructed in writing for the lowest possible price subject to other bids on the floor. In the event of identical bids, the first bid received will take precedence.
4. The Auctioneer will accept absentee and telephone bidding (if approval granted prior to the auction) as a convenience to clients, but will not be responsible for errors or failures to execute bids.
