Imaginations and Creations (ages 0 to 5)
Thursdays, September 9 to November 18 (excluding November 11)

Come join us for a story and craft every Thursday morning. Children will set theirimaginations in motion and create a craft based on the story of the day.This is a parented class. Come drop-in or purchase a multi-day package.
Drop-In Fee: $3.00 per child, per day. (Payment can be made at the admini-stration office upon arrival.)
5-Day Package*: $12.00 per child (20% discount) 10-Day Package*: $22.50 per child (25% discount)

Tunes for Twos (ages 2 to 3, parented)

Residents $45 Non-Residents $55Instructor: Sonata School of Music
An enriching music experience designed specifically for tiny participants. Thiscourse will help children to explore the world around them through music, move-ment and play. The basic elements of music are introduced through a variety ofactivities including singing words and musical patterns, rhythm and movement,music appreciation and sound games. Through the use of music, this course willhelp nurture your child by developing coordination skills, language, social interac-tion and creativity.
Program Cancellation Policy The Auburn House reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration. Full refunds will be
granted or you may transfer to another course (space permitting).
Requests to withdraw from a program 7 or more days prior to the first day of the program will result in a $15.00administration fee.
Requests to withdraw from a program less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program will be issued formedical reasons only. A $15.00 administration fee will apply.
Up to 2 classes into the program, refunds are issued for medical reasons only. A $15.00 administration fee willapply. Refunds are pro-rated at the time of request.
After 2 classes into the program, refunds will not be issued.
No refunds will be issued for participants not able to attend rescheduled make-up classes for seasonal/outdoorprograms.
Refunds are issued by cheque. Alternatively, a credit may be applied to your account (members only) to use to-ward another Auburn House program. Credits on account are valid for one (1) year from the issue date.
Triple Fun (ages 3 to 5)

Children must be able to attend this class without parents present. This class will in-troduce children to the three aspects of the performing arts - dancing, singing andacting. They will learn simple songs and use popular stories and their imaginations
to create mini-plays with songs and dance included. There will be a small show atthe end where the children will choose which stories and songs were their favor-ite that they would like to perform to friends and family.

This class involves the toning of the body using the Pilates principle. Light hand held weights,elastic bands and the fit ball will be used to challenge the core and all the muscles of thebody. This is an intermediate class which requires participants to have some knowledge ofthe core, experience in working with weights and body awareness.

Strength, Oxygenation (cardio) and Stretch components are involved for this mom and babiesclass focusing on body posture, pelvic floor toning and abdominal work. Babies should be 9months and under or non-mobile.

Members must have their lake card with them to enter the park
No child under the age of 12 is permitted in the park without an adult
No dogs or animals of any type, glass, smoking or alcohol permitted Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, roller-skates, skateboards, etc. are not allowed in
the park
No smoking, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages permitted
Open fires are not permitted. Charcoal briquettes may be used in the barbeques
Members are requested to refrain from using foul language in the park and rambunctiousand unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated
GUESTS
Adult members are permitted up to 5 guests per household. Members children 12 to 16 years of agentering the park without an adult are allowed up to 2 guests.
Members will assume full responsibility for their guests and their guests actions at all times whileaccessing any of the Auburn House Park and Lake amenities.
Members must be present in the park at all times while their guests are using the facility. Are you having more than 5 guests? Please complete the guest list form and return it to the Auburn
House at least48 hours prior to your event for approval (max. 30 guests). ABRA has the right todecline any large group.
RENTALSThere is no charge for rentals (with the exception of one rental picnic shelter), but there are timelimits. Please leave your membership card with customer service when fishing, renting a boat orusing equipment.
PICNIC SHELTERSMembers may reserve our selected picnic shelterfor up to 3 hours by contacting the office (during
regular office hours) for $15 per hour. Pleaseshow up 10 minutes prior to your reservation tosign in. The reservation will be held up to 15minutes. Two other shelters are available on afirst come first serve basis.
SPORTS EQUIPMENTThere are tennis racquets, basketballs and volley-balls available on a first come first serve basis.
Please honour a 2 hour time limit to allowequal opportunity for your neighbours.
FISHINGThe daily limit is 2 fish per member with amonthly limit of 12 fish per resident. ABRAencourages the catch-and-release practice.Register the number of caught fish beforeleaving the park. No fishing 5 meters fromany public dock. Fishing is permitted fromprivate docks, however ALL fish kept must
be reported to Auburn House at 537-2601.No live bait or food of any type is permitted.
TENNIS COURTSAvailable on a first come first serve basis. 30minute restriction during busy timesplease

No children under the ag16 are to in any boat alone. Life jackets MUSbe worn at all times. There is a 2 hour time on all boat rentals.

A non-member is defined as any person outside of Auburn Bay
There is no day rate for the picnic shelter use because rentals are restricted to a 3 hour maximum
Non-members are not permitted to rent the picnic shelter
Minimum 7 days notice required for all facility bookings
Additional charge of $20 per hour for facility bookings extending past normal park hours

Facility Rental Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of a booking must be done in writing. You may email your request to [email protected].
Two (2) weeks written notice is required for rescheduling. Any rescheduling of a booking will result in a $20 administration fee.
All refunds will incur a $15.00 administration fee.
If the rental is cancelled by the customer three (3) to six (6) months before the rental, 25% of the rental rate is non refundable.
If the rental is cancelled by the customer between one (1) to three (3) months before the rental, 50% of the rental rate is non refundable
If the rental is cancelled by the customer between one (1) month and the rental date, 100% of the rental rate is non refundable.
