Personal Statement

My outlook on life has always been to see the glass half

full. It was this attitude which has helped me to

overcome adversities and trials in life. The filed of

psychology appealed to me in that it help to explain

human behavior and provided a way to contribute to

society. Following graduation from Argosy with a B.A

in psychology, I will be continuing with my education

by applying for the M.A in forensic Psychology. My

goal is to work in the field of Juvenile Justice.

Reflection

Education has been a goal I wanted to accomplish. In

my journey I had to overcome many obstacles. The

decision to attend Argosy online was suppose to be

temporary, but here I am at the end. This was one of

the best decisions that I have ever made, I have

grown in many ways. My skills and understanding of

the field of psychology only confirm this was the right

course for me. I have identified my strengths in

research dedication as well as my weakness in team

assignments. This experience has strengthened my

resolve to pursue a career and education in the field

of psychology.
