Attorney General Michael A. It is a travesty that Wayne’s family has received no new information from your office or the Police Department beyond the fact he was involved in a police shooting. If it were a member of your family who was involved in such a tragedy wouldn’t you be just as anxious for answers? Wayne was cut down in the prime of his life and all his family want is the truth. Dear Attorney General Delaney,

I am writing to show my support for the family of Wayne Martin, the man who was shot and killed by

the Police at his home in Concord New Hampshire on March 2, 2011. It is a travesty that Wayne’s

family has received no new information from your office or the Police Department beyond the fact he

was involved in a police shooting.

If it were a member of your family who was involved in such a tragedy wouldn’t you be just as anxious

for answers? Wayne was cut down in the prime of his life and all his family want is the truth.

"...the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of

life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the

shadows of life; the sick, the needy and the handicapped."
