The innovative, gender specific harness on each Atmos/Aura pack features spacer mesh contact surfaces and EVA foam to provide breathable, supportive cushioning. Hook and loop adjust over a 3”/ 7.5 cm range to allow fine-tuned fit, the harness also features a slide adjust sternum strap with rescue whistle buckle. To adjust the harness up or down, A loosen load lifter straps at top of harness, B locate arrow icon and slide a hand between backpanel and harness to separate the hook and loop closure, C slide harness into position using arrows as a guide, D press firmly to reengage closure.

removable Floating Top Pocket The Atmos/Aura are top loading packs with a floating, removable top pocket. To remove, release top pocket retention straps on each side of the pack and the straps leading from the harness to flip back the top pocket. A Locate the slider buckle by the grab handle near the top of the backpanel and thread the webbing through the buckle. B On each corner of the top pocket find the connecting webbing threaded through a duckbill buckle. Unthread this webbing on both sides and the top pocket is now removed. Reverse to re-attach.

HydrationThere is a hydration reservoir sleeve sewn into the backpanel of your Atmos/Aura pack. Slide the filled reservoir into the pocket A, and exit the hydration tube through either of the H2O labeled ports B found at the top of both sides of the pack.

External Pockets Every Atmos/Aura Series pack features an adjustable stretch woven front pocket, two zippered fabric hipbelt pockets and two side stretch woven pockets with InsideOut™

compression, allowing you to tension and secure your load easily even when the pockets are in use. To route the InsideOut™ compression straps as desired, A locate the duckbill to the top and side of the stretch woven side pocket and unthread the webbing through this buckle and the corresponding slider buckle on the front panel of the pack. B Now route the webbing for inner or outer compression by positioning the slider buckle inside or outside of the side pocket and reversing the process above.

Tool AttachmentEach Atmos/Aura series pack features dual ice tool loops and bungee tool tie-offs. These clove hitch style bungees feature Osprey’s exclusive Y-Clip allow- ing you to loop tool handles quickly, with a cord lock to secure. A Loosen the cord lock and route handles through the bungee. Tighten the cord lock, nesting closure into the Y-Clip to secure. Reverse to remove.

The Aura 65, 50 and 35 are the women’s specific counterparts to the award winning Atmos series. The Aura’s sewn-in harness, hipbelt and three available torso sizes are all designed to fit a woman’s body, providing the same level of performance for women that we’ve established in our Atmos pack for men.

removable Sleeping Pad StrapsThe Atmos/Aura Series features removable sleeping pad straps. To remove the straps, thread the webbing through the slider buckle at the base of your pack and undo the buckle attaching strap to pack. Reverse to re-attach.

Adjustable/interchangeable Harness

Combining dual density foam for support and spacer mesh for breathability, the Atmos/Aura hipbelts feature extendable pads allowing custom hipbelt adjustment to a range of six inches while you are wearing the pack (three inches on either side).To adjust the hipbelt size, A locate the adjustment icon on the hipbelt and slide a hand between the fixed hipbelt and the adjustable pad to separate the hook and loop closure. B Slide the hipbelt insert pad into position so that it wraps around your hipbones C press firmly to reengage closure. Repeat on opposite hip belt wing ensuring that the hipbelt is adjusted equally on both sides.
