TEK-SMS DB serves the TEK-SMS Gateway and maintainsthe 1-way cryptographic PANbased Unique Customer ID(UID) against which theMobile Phone Number and othercardholder details aremaintained. [NOT INPRODUCTION YET]TEK-MAIL DB serves the TEK-Email Gateway to manage

Email messages for registeredusers. [NOT IN PRODUCTIONYET]7Card Holder databases(TEKCRM and TEKCRM AuditDB) maintain the PAN #, andthe cardholder ATM preferencesin the clear. This family ofdatabases is segregated fromother databases and modulesfor PCI compliance.

8Third Party DB Connectors

are used to connect andmanage interface between thirdparty CRM databases.

9 TEKchand Gateway (TG) is a JAVA enginethat uses Web Services to interface with ATM HostDevice Handlers (DH) to process cardholderpreferences transactions , targeted marketing andCRM on state-screen ATMs that do not supportweb exits /extensions for 3rd party CRM solutioninterface,. Current Hosts supported include: ACIBase24 , FIS Connex, Euronet ITM , and anumber of proprietary host systems.10 TEK-OD is a JAVA server that communicateswith the Tekchand HCP client on TCP/IP enabledATMs. TEK-OD serves as the command center for all

remote management jobs for the endpoints. TEK-DM (Dispatch Manager) and TEK-SYNC aredistinct sub components of TEK-OD, and areresponsible for moving content from central contentrepository to the distribution servers for furtherdistribution to the endpoints.11 TEKchand Web Services fulfill various roles,and can be extended as required:TEK-FTS service is the HTTP/SOAP based FileTransport Server that communicates with the TEKEXAgent on the ATM to distribute/ capture files to/

from endpoints.TEK-CRMservice communicates with the TEK-CRMAgent on the device to manage targeted marketingmessage requests embedded in the TekchandPwrHTML Campaign Object. Review PwrHTMLtechnical documentation for details.TEK-ATMP-EG service specifically communicateswith the NCR Relate Agent (per NCRdocumentation and API) to manage the ATMCardholder Preferences transaction set for NCRAPTRA Edge devices.

with the Diebold RSS ImageWay Agent forCheck Image capture. [NOT IN PRODUCTION

12Tekchand ATM Agent Program Stackconsists ofHCP Client, TEKEX Agent,TEK-CRM Agent, and FileUploader.

HCP Client is the command center of theTekchand ATM Agent Stack. HCP interactswith TEK-OD server via Https/XML, anddirects other Tekchand programs in theAgent Stack to complete various jobrequests from TEK-OD. A job can beanything from content distribution, to filecapture, to remote management.

TEKEXAgent is invoked by HCP for allfile distribution jobs. TEKEX agentcommunicates with TEK-FTS Web Servicesusing SOAP/Https to upload/ downloadcontent.

FileUploader programhas aconfigurable event and active directoryscanner for identification andrequisitioning of target files (ex: EJ, log,Check21 files) for guaranteed delivery tothe Tekchand server.

TEK-CRMAgent

is invoked by thePwrHTML Campaign Object to processrequests for targeted/dynamic contentfrom TEK-CRM web services. [Note:Requires separate licensing from ATMVendor

ATM-Centric - interfaces directly with TCP/IP ATM (OS/2 or Windows)to distribute multi-media files for content management and for remoteATM management functions.
