After 45 years in the business of producing high-quality incinerators, Atlas Incinerators is now launching our new X10 series with significant design updates with you in mind. While keeping our renowned features and quality, we have developed new features never before seen in the business of marine incinerators.

One burner fits allWe have taken our design one step further, by rede-signing our sludge and diesel oil burners to make an-other revolutionary new feature by combining them into a single Combi-burner.

The Atlas Combi-burner ensures optimal combustion, ranging from the heating up process with diesel oil to switching over to oil sludge burning and plays a signif-icant role in the burning of oil sludge, without preheat-ing. Needless to say, our incinerators can still burn oil sludge with up to 50% water content, without adding diesel oil.

As standard, the Combi-burner can burn oil sludge with water content above 50% by adding diesel oil, auto-matically, when required, hence eliminating expensive additions.

No oil sludge preheatingFrom this day forward, heating of oil sludge before in-cineration will not be necessary with your new Atlas Incineration plant.

Optional new HMI (Human Machinery Interface) features • Oil sludge burning capacity log.• Diesel oil consumption log.• Live burning process on large control panel displays. • Visible sludge oil mixing tank content in control pan-

el display.• Preventive maintenance on wear parts.• Prevention of overloading solid waste.• Improved support diagnostics.• Customizable features you may think off to help

with your daily operations. • FAQ.

ONE BURNER ONLY – NO OIL SLUDGE HEATING REQUIRED

Oil sludge and water are pumped from ves-sel storage tank intoincinerator settling tank

Settling tank is start-ed, the contents areheated and the set-tling process is initi-ated

When oil and water are separated, the water is drained and pumped back into the vessel storage tank

Incinerator is started and the contents are pumped into the inci–nerator

ATLAS INCINERATOR X10 TITAN

New advantages for Shipowners:• One burner fits all = substantial savings on spare parts

compared to having multiple burners.

• Savings on spare parts due to having only one tank, no heating connections, no steam or thermal oil valves or regulation equipment.

• Energy savings due to lower power, fuel and com-pressed air consumption.

• Extremely easy operation - no extensive settling or pre-heating processes needed.

New advantages for Shipyards:• Easy installation and savings on pipe installation costs

as steam or thermal oil connections to the sludge oil mixing tank are no longer needed.

• Incinerator and one sludge tank only, required to be in-stalled in the machinery space/incinerator room

• More compact incinerator design - less space required and less weight.
