Our range of approvals includes maintenance, repair and periodic inspections and the following technical services:

Separation of aircraft fuselage and wings

Jacking up the fuselage and wings

Disassembly of the aircraft (dismantling of the engines, tails and wings)

Transport of fuselage and wings to your desired location

Structural inspections and repairs

Our tasks include:

Assessment and rectifi cation of structural damage (caused by ground or fl ight operation)

Assessment of corrosion damage and individual structural repair

Rectifi cation of structural damage due to toilet fl uids

Structural inspections of the entire aircraft

Pre-Buy inspections

Technical communication regarding structural damage with the engineering department of the manufacturer or another authorized Part 21 Organization (if desired by the customer)

Individual technical assistance and planning of structural repairs

Recovery of aircraft from accidents

As EASA certifi ed Part 145 maintenance organization

we have specialized in the inspection, assessment and

rectifi cation of structural damage in all aircraft types

according to the scope of approval.

electronic equipment of your aircraft.

Our core competences include the sale, maintenance and repair of state-of-the-

art components and systems from renowned manufacturers, as well as error

analysis and handling for older systems

Atlas Air Service is supplier of Cessna, Cessna Citation and Hawker Beechcraft

components and spare parts.

We sell General Aviation spare parts worldwide out of 3 facilities in Germany

(Bremen, Paderborn and Augsburg). Our strengths include our fast handling,

assistance with warranty claims, and technical product advice.

In our storage facilities we keep on hand approx. 30,000 various products –

ranging from screws to premium-quality exchange components. Thanks to our

wide-spread industry network and effi cient logistics we also procure non-stock

items on short notice.

We provide customs clearance for importance and export items within our

premises and will dispatch them the very same day by 4 pm.

As a certifi ed Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO+

in accordance with DE.MG.220A0C) Atlas Air Service manages the complete

maintenance of airworthiness for your aircraft. We coordinate the scheduled

maintenance according to an approved maintenance program, record and

monitor fl ight hours, and control maintenance work.

Our CAMO+ ensures the development of maintenance programs and checks all

the legal requirements such as airworthiness instructions, Service Bulletin (SB),

Airworthiness Directives (AD) before, during and after maintenance events.

We also take care of managing and fi lling any release certifi cates for the

proper implementation of maintenance work (logbook). We can also monitor

commercially operated aircraft with our CAMO+ within the scope of

subcontracting.

NADCAP Certifi cation for Penetrant Testing (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program)

Digital X-ray

Atlas Air Service offers a complete range of non-destructive testing (NDT). All

testing procedures are applied in our shops, as well as directly on your aircraft

on site.

With our 24 hour standby service we ensure that our team will be with you

within a very short period of time to get your aircraft in an airworthy condition.
