    of block (Phase 2C). Drilling in some of the remaining 4 tiebacks to go on the lower row nearest Carlton Ave. Bridge (Phase 2C)

     Yard Excavation:  Excavation continued as needed along SOE wall.

    Module Transportation - 0 mods delivered to site.

    Module Installation - 0 new mods installed. Mod completion stands at 12.6%, 117 of 930 installed. Installation Rate = 117 in 122 workdays = 1 mod per day so far. Last mod installed 4/14. Skanska confirmed mod installation will restart 6/9. FCR had informed on 5/13 that

    mod installation restart was to be pushed back to June 9 from June 2 and that it is expected installation will halt again after installation of the

    6th-8th floors, poss bly the 9th floor, as there will be another wait for another 3-floor backlog to be manufactured.

    Module Fabrication - Ongoing at Navy Yard, presumably, working on 8th floor mods with 142-man workforce. FCR reported on 5/2 that6th floor mods were all done, per schedule. On 5/30, as well as on 5/13, a number of mods were observed sitting outside Bldg 293 at the

    Navy Yard along with a host of frames (largest quantity seen sitting outside). Schedule received 4/28 states 7th Floor mods commenced

    production on 4/18 and will be finished by 5/14 but FCR informed on 5/13 that were running late and on 5/14 reported they will be finished the

    week of 5/21 and that the 8th floor mods had begun production.

    MEP - Piping work at ground floor ceiling continued.

    Additional New Observations: Spray-on fireproofing (SOFP) continued on ground floor, west side, for 2nd day in a row after a 1-weekhiatus. Tarps hung around area.

    Paper documenting DOB's approval (signed 2/2/14) of no sidewalk shed on Dean received on 3/21/14.

    Information to be requested: More information on quality issues noticed with the mods - exterior: torn gaskets, dents and scratches tothe façade; interior: lack of completeness of mods.

    of 30-40 (1-2 floors worth) to 80 (3 floors worth) mods completed at that time which it was felt would be sufficient for production to keep

    ahead of erection so there would be no downtime during mod erection at the B2 site.

    Previous observations: Front façade is 33-35' from the ped walkway. Flatbush façade is 12' from the edge of the sidewalk shed. Heightexceeds 2 X the distance between the building and the ped crosswalk at Flatbush across Dean.
