Information Session: Atlantic Gold Corp. and its Moose River Consolidated (MRC) Project - Current state, future plans and site geology

With: Maryse Bélanger, COO & Tim Bourque, MRC Project Senior Geologist

Where: Room H19, Architecture Building, Sexton Campus (Located adjacent to the Halifax Public Library)

Ms. Bélanger brings over 30 years of experience with senior gold companies globally with strengths in studies,

technical services and operational excellence and efficiency. Ms. Bélanger has previously held the positions of

CEO and Managing Director of Mirabela Nickel Ltd., Senior Vice President, Technical Services of Goldcorp and

Director, Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation for Brazil and Chile. Ms. Bélanger holds a Bachelor of

Science degree in Geology and a graduate certificate in Geostatistics. She is also fluent in English, French,

Spanish and Portuguese.

Mr. Bourque brings over 10 years of exploration experience at the MRC project, as well as other active Nova Scotia exploration projects. Mr. Bourque holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences and is a graduate of the Dalhousie University.
