• Slogan - Create a unified slogan that relays your message in just a few words. • Logo - Pay attention to current trends and try to create a visual branding that will last. Remember with logos, less is always more. 3. Display your brand both online and in person by unifying all marketing materials. Take pride in your brand. When you and your employees believe in the brand so will consumers. 4. When in doubt contact a graphic designer or marketing consultant.

We are pleased to announce the release Sage CRM 7.2 and Sage CRM Sales Lite App for iPhone. As a Sales Professional it is vital to stay on top of your leads, opportunities, appointments, and tasks no matter where you are. With advanced mobile technology, it is a no brainer to have a Sage CRM App that syncs with your company’s Sage CRM System. Key Features of Sage CRM Sales Lite App: • Easy access to your CRM contacts, create favorite contact lists and sync your phones contact list with your CRM App if desired. • Email, call or text clients directly from your Sage CRM App. When Making a call or sending an email you will be prompted to add the communication in Sage CRM directly from the Sage CRM App. • Click on a contact’s address and you will have the option to locate the address in the Maps iPhone App. • Access opportunities information, includ-ing: quote values, notes, certainty and forecasts. • The Sage CRM App will download and sync your Sage CRM Calendar for the next 14 days. • Your Sage CRM Calendar will Sync with your iphone calendar if desired - allowing you to set an alert for 30 minute before the start time and date. • Keep track of recent activity with the “Recent” section of the App.• Work offline when internet access is not available, then sync to your CRM when you

have access to internet. • The App also comes with an easy reference/ help section. Steps to Use Sage CRM Sales Lite App: 1. Contact your Sage CRM Consultant and upgrade your CRM to version 7.2.2. Your Sage CRM Consultant will install the add on component for Sage CRM Sales Lite App.3. Visit the Apple App Store on your iPhone and install the Sage CRM Sales Lite App. 4. Setup the App by inputting your CRM URL and user name and password. 5. Sync your Sage CRM App to your CRM System by pressing “Update data from Sage CRM.”• By syncing the app to your system you will download your contacts, opportunities, appointments, tasks and your calendar (this process may initially take a several minutes and we recommend performing this step when connected to WiFi). Also, make sure you don’t exit out of the application while it is downloading, leaving the app may cause problems.
