NOTIFICATION

1) It is for the information of all the concerned eligible applicants for the post ofAssistant Manager (Guest House) against advertisement notilication no. 0S(Secy.)of 2015 dated 05.05.2015 that the Written/screening test for the post shall beconducted on O4tt'of July,2O76 at 10:O0 AM in the Examination Halls of Facultyof Agriculture, SKUAST-J, Chatha, Jammu as per the schedule annexed ,A" tothis notification.

BacTrcIor Degree in Hotel Management3) The "Wrltten test/Screening test, schedule and particulars of the eligible

candidates is available on the oflicial web site of SKUAST-J i.e. www.skuast.ors.List of ineligible candidates is also placed on the university website.

4) Individual call letters to the eligible candidates have been sent throughRegistered/speed post. All those eligible candidates who do not receive the callletter well in time and enlisted in the list of eligible candidates may report directlyeither before or on the date of Written/Screening test.

5) candidates after successfully qualifying the Screening/written test (50% of abovequali$ing marks) shall be interviewed on the same date i.e. O4*'of Julv. 2016 at3:00 PM in the committee room of Registrar Office, Administrative Building,SKUAST-J, Chatha.

6) The additional qualifications/experience certificate acquired, if any, by thecandidate after the last date ofreceipt of application forrns shall not be entertainedat any cost.

7) In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc proved at the time ofScreening/written test & interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to aooearin the said test & interview, or if any defrciency is found subsequently- thecandidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualifred.

8) The candidate shall have to produce all original certilicates/testimonials as askedfor vide above referred adverLisement notification before the selection committeeat the time of interview, The candidates who fail to produce suchcertificates/testimonials may forfeit their candidature.

9) Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/ tampereddocuments/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing materiatinformation shall render him/her liable for criminal prosecution under law andmay be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of arry orall future recruitments made by the universit5r. Also canvassing / lobbying in anyform rvill entail disqualification ofthe caldidate.

10) No TA/ DA shall be paid by the Board for appearing for the Type test.

No TA / DA shall be paid by the University for appearing in the lype test.

A11 the candidates shall report at least 15 minutes earter before the start of tJletest. Late comers (beyond l5 minutes) will not be allowed to appear in tJ:e test

Candidate must bring 2 passport size photographs.

The candidates shall also bring Photo Identity Cards/Document acceptableas their identity proof.

Mobile Phones are not allowed in Examination Hall.

Calculators, Electronic gadgets used for calculation are not allowed in theexamination hall.
