Gallery on the Green & Congress HallMake a grand impression on your special day in the Spruce Meadows Gallery on the Green & Congress Hall. You’ll enjoy the elegant, warm ambiance of this open, free concept facility. This unique venue offers the option of indoor or outdoor entertainment with a beautiful patio over-looking the private grounds. The Gallery on the Green &Congress Hall is a spectacular venue for groups of 120 to 450.

The Gallery on the Green & Congress Hall has approximately 11,000 square-feet of space for your event.

British HouseThe British House is Spruce Meadows’ most dramatic and majestic facility. Officially opened by the British High Commissioner, Sir Anthony and Lady Veronica Goodenough, on September 13, 1998, the facility is a tribute to the cooperation, commitment and historical ties between Britain and Spruce Meadows.

The Georgian Room is the ideal facility to host groups from 20 – 130 guests, with a dance floor.

A spectacular fireplace in the room offers a focus area for cocktails or dining.

The Georgian Room, located on the main floor of the British House, is one of our most sophisticated venues. This Victorian-style room features a formal foyer, a sitting area, a bar area, and an elegant fireplace. The expansive windows over-look the world famous International Ring, giving you and your guests breathtaking views.

Horizons PavilionThe Horizons Pavilion has a setting that is simply charming. With its grand crystal chandeliers, open floor concept and central grounds location, you and your guests will feel the rustic elegance that this venue provides all throughout your delightful day.

This beautiful facility can be used for a reception hosting 130-170 of your closest family and friends.

CP Canada HouseThe CP Canada House is a unique blend of traditional and modern styles. With its floor to ceiling windows that over look the International Ring, and an open and spacious balcony on both of its floors, the open concept of the CP Canada House is sure to leave a lasting impression.

The lower level of the CP Canada House features large windows that completely open up onto the patio which levels off with the top of the bank on the South West side of the International Ring. The larger of the two floors in the CP Canada House is a great setting for dinners and cocktail receptions for groups of 50-140.

The upper level of the CP Canada House features a large balcony with incredible elevated views of the International Ring. This room is ideal for intimate ceremonies or a cocktail reception with close family and friends. Your guests will leave knowing that they have experienced one of the best views that Spruce Meadows has to offer.

Ceremony OptionsWhether you dream of getting married in a beautiful park or of having an enchanting and picturesque back drop; Spruce Meadows has the perfect ceremony location to help make your dreams come true.

Outdoor ceremonies are available in a couple of locations around Spruce Meadows, both of which offer a scenic and tranquil setting. The Grand Staircase with its stone washed walls and steps or the Pond with its wide green-space and bridge as the back drop are both options that will leave your guests talking about the beautiful settings for years to come. Any one of these ceremony locations is sure to leave you and your guests with a feeling of pure delight.

Wedding Package Rate CardUpon your initial contact with Spruce Meadows you will receive a 45 minute Venue Visit complimentary as well as 2 hours complimentary for follow up questions regarding venue and/or contract. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received you are officially a Spruce Meadows client! Being a Spruce Meadows client comes with the following services at no cost:

• Unlimited consultation via email or phone calls within regular business (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)• On-site venue coordination on the day of your wedding• Up to two revisions of your custom room layout • 1 hour for rehearsal the week of your wedding• Vendor referrals

At Spruce Meadows we know that people lead busy lives. To help you make your big day as care-free as possible, we have several custom wedding package options that could be added to your venue booking. Please contact your booking coordinator to review these options. Services include, but are not limited to:• Placement of décor – up to and including (excluding pipe and drape): menus, table numbers, place cards, seating chart• Vendor sourcing & booking assistance• Design consultation and décor sourcing• Wedding Day timeline construction & coordination• 2 hour rehearsals • Additional room layout revisions

All services are available based on a custom quote created for you based on your specific wedding needs.
