The meet was held for shop floor workers and office

employees.

45 no. of employees attended the program.

The Suraksha session was carried out by Ms. Vini

Agarwal(Plant Head, Mangla Sons).

To make the program more interesting and easily

understandable by the workers, mode of instruction was

chosen as Hindi.

It was an interactive session and very well received

by the participants.

Better understanding by the workers on viewing safety gaps at their own workplace.

Pictures, animations, movie clips related to various safety topics were very effective .

Mode of instruction was Hindi, day to day life examples caught the interest of workers.

Interaction with the workers ensured their vital involvement and better learning.

At the end of the program, the employees were highly inspired and motivated towards safety and everyone assured of ‘Safety First’ at Workplace, Home and Everywhere.

Finally, the session concluded justifying the simple ABC of program i.e.

“Always Be Careful”
