Who created this survey?

The idea for this survey came up in discussions between Cameo Hill, Kathy Marks, and Chris Puleo in brainstorming about web development training classes. Inspired by A List Apart’s “The Survey for People Who Make Websites 2008” (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/survey2008/), Cameo Hill formulated the questions, posted the survey, and tallied the results.
