Visit usapathways.asu.edu for more details and helpful links Before Traveling to the U.S. Traveling to the U.S. After Arriving in the U.S. RECEIVE your SEVIS Form I-20 and PAY your SEVIS fee at www.fmjfee.com. APPLY for your F-1 visa at the nearest U.S. consulate, found at www.usembassy.gov. ACTIVATE your MyASU and email accounts. REMEMBER your activation code, password, and security questions. TAKE the ASU Online Math Placement Test at https://students.asu.edu/math and e-mail your score to [email protected] (include your ASU ID number and full name). PAY your ASU-USA Pathways enrollment deposit by credit card or wire transfer at my.asu.edu/finances. COMPLETE the student housing application at usapathways.asu.edu/life-asu/housing-and-dining and SUBMIT it to [email protected]. OBTAIN verification of two measles vaccinations (MMR) or blood test showing immunity and EMAIL it to [email protected]. MAKE your travel arrangements to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. EMAIL your flight information to [email protected] no later than Jul. 24 to secure your free shuttle transportation if you are arriving on Aug. 5 or 6. ARRANGE your own ground transportation if you are not arriving on Aug. 5 or 6. ARRANGE temporary lodging if you are arriving before Aug. 5. BRING the following items and keep them with you in your carry-on luggage when you travel: Passport (with F-1 visa) SEVIS I-20 Financial documents Housing information (where you will be living including name and address) Final high school transcripts, if not already submitted ARRIVE in the U.S. up to 30 days prior to the start date listed on your SEVIS Form I-20. MEET the ASU-USA Pathways representative at baggage claim at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport if you are arriving between Aug. 5 and 6 and have confirmed your flight information. CHECK IN to assigned housing on Aug. 5 and 6 • Pathways Business and Arts & Science: Casa de Oro, West Campus • Pathways Engineering: Tooker House, Tempe Campus ATTEND the ASU-USA Pathways Welcome Week held from Aug. 7–16. RECEIVE your SEVIS Form I-20 and PAY your SEVIS fee at www.fmjfee.com.

APPLY for your F-1 visa at the nearest U.S. consulate, found at www.usembassy.gov.

ACTIVATE your MyASU and email accounts. REMEMBER your activation code, password, and security questions.
