Parking at the Pay Station Museum: This is just a reminder that as of Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, the Pay Station Museum will be open on Sundays at 1:00pm. Our 12:30pm Sunday Mass attendees are thus not to park in the museum parking spaces. Non-Academy Tuesday evening Catechism: Last classes will be on Tuesday, June 2. We welcome Fr. Those making the consecration for the first time are asked to prepare and bring with them a hand- written copy of the Consecration. The St. Josephs Businessmens Association will meet on Thursday, May 28, at 7:00pm, in the College Hall. All men of the parish are cordially invited for an evening of information, socializing, and networking. LadiesRetreat: Fr. Thomas Asher will preach this summers retreat for ladies, from June 22 (evening) to June 27 (noon). The theme of the retreat is Progress in the Spiritual Life. Mens Retreat: A retreat for men will be preached from August 10 (evening) to August 15 (noon). Theme and retreat master yet to be determined. SMA Graduation Weekend Schedule Friday, June 5 & Saturday, June 6, 2015

Friday, June 5: 8:30am – Lower school students will line up as usual. All lower school teachers will take roll at line -up and then proceed with their students to the auditorium for the Awards/Graduation Ceremony.

9:00am – Lower School Awards. Lower school students (1-8), in uniform, are required to attend. The lower school teachers will sit with their students in the reserved seating areas. At the close of the ceremony, all students will be dismissed for summer vacation.

10:30am – High School Awards Ceremony. All high school teachers and high school students, in uniform, are required to attend this function. They must be in the Auditorium by 10:15 am. Faculty will sit in the reserved seating area. High school students will sit in the front seating area by house; attendance will be taken. Families and guests are welcome.

1:30 – 3:30 Boys’ School Drama Performance in McCabe Theater (tickets are required)

7:00pm – High School Concert in the Auditor ium

Saturday, June 6: 9:00am – Baccalaureate Mass – Due to the limited amount of space available in the chapel, seating

priority will be given to the graduates’ families, relatives, and friends who wish to attend. Therefore, Academy students, grades nine through eleven, are NOT required to attend the Baccalaureate Mass (though the graduation ceremony immediately following is still mandatory for all high school students). Academy faculty, in academic garb, and graduates, in cap and gown, will line up in the College hallway by 8:30am. A group picture of the graduates will be taken immediately after the Mass at the staircase above the Switchboard entrance. All faculty (after the Mass) and graduates (after the group picture) are invited to go to the College Reading Room for a quick breakfast snack and drink. Directly following this short break, the above parties will go directly to the sidewalk in front of the auditorium.

Graduation Ceremony in the Auditorium to follow immediately after Baccalaureate Mass. All Academy faculty are required to attend in full academic garb and may take their places in the reserved seating area. High school students who are NOT graduating are likewise required to attend, dressed in their uniforms. All students (grades 9-11) who are not attending the Baccalaureate Mass must report to the auditorium no later than 10:30am and will sit in a reserved area; attendance will be taken. High school graduates should line up on the sidewalk in front of Suarez. At the close of the ceremony, graduates should line up on the sidewalk in front of Suarez; the remaining high school students will be dismissed for summer vacation.

12:30pm – Graduation Banquet in the gymnasium for graduates and their guests. Admittance is by reserved ticket only. When the church bell rings, all attendees should proceed immediately to the gymnasium.
