Me,*twgex Dear Old Girls, As you celebrate your homecoming in this Year of Faith, with you I rejoice and share in grateful remembrance, for the gift of the Assumption and the blessings and wonders that its transformative education has brought to your Iives. You have chosen Infinitas as your theme for this year's celebration. In the realities that confront us today, the call to remain faithful to what you have learned and believed (z Tm 3:r4a) is indeed apt and necessary. Your homes, careers, organizations, and ministries that you find yourselves in, are spaceswith which you are invited to live, concretize and make present the values you have imbibed and the lessons that you have learned from your beloved Assumption - fidetity to duty,love of truth and simplicity, sense of communion and solidarity, and faith thatflow< lnto action. My prayer and hope is that you rema,i: steadfast and continue to light up the world with what has been handed over to you - for your children, your children's children, and the generations that are yet to come. Let us walk the path to Life that God has Iaid out for us: ONE ASSUMPTION. One Faith. One Hope. One Love. ln God who is faithful and loving Congratulations to all our zot3 jubilarians and a warm welcome to Old Girls' Day, our annual day of bringing out our red plaids, reminiscing our school years, bonding with long lost classmates, visiting our purple nuns, looking back at treasured memories and giving back something of ourselves to our dear AIma Mater. There can be no better time for this yearrs theme "lnfinitasft, the batch motto of HS 88, our silver jubilarians. No boundaries, no borders..... bringing to life the very essence of Assumption Together, the way of life in the family of the Religious of the Assumption throughout the world, where lay and religious work together, in communion amidst all our diversities, to exiend the reign of God through the spirituality of our Mother Foundress, St Marie Eugenie. We invite all our alumnae to come back and be part of the work in our new shared vision in the Philippines- Thailand Province -- "One Assumption: Authentic Witnesses of Dynamic Faith to the Young". Our mission carries new ways of transr:"rittiirg the faith as we continue our work in transforming aur societies; best practices of our various communities in providing common formation programs; unique responses to the global concerns on peace, ecology and migration; and measures to improve the quality of our community life by humanizing relationships.
