This triad offers a unique dynamic specific to GME that is built organically with little to no formal leadership or team membership training. This lack of training can often lead to under-performing and disjointed teams that face turnover and work dissatisfaction. This team based interactive session aims to fill the gaps in knowledge, skills and attitudes often faced with regard to role definition, medical culture, setting expectations, effective communication and conflict resolution at the program leadership level. Participants that attend this session will leave with a richer understanding of the impor-tance of each team member and their contribution to the learning environment and overall medical profession. This invaluable new skill set will allow for mutually respectful working relationships, improved program culture and the betterment of the overall trainee experience.
