ENHANCED OPPORTUNITIES
Exhibitor Happy Hour ($5,000 Value): Includes signage, an opportunity to distribute promotional items at entrance
to exhibit hall, logo on all drink tickets, and 20 complementary drink tickets to distribute to clients. Limit one sponsor.
Lanyard ($5,000 Value): Your logo/name will be printed on each conference lan-
yard. Sponsor can pick the lanyard color. Limit on sponsor.
Selfie Wall ($5,000 Value): Share your brand on every selfie taken in front of
your branded selfie wall. Guaranteed traffic! Sponsor to work with ACT to select graphic.

Member Center ($5,000 Value): Member Center will feature furniture for at-
tendees to gather, network, and charge their electronic devices. Includes signage, and opportunity to distribute information
within Member Center. Limit one sponsor.
Refreshment Breaks ($3,500 Value): Put your company front and center on all attendees. Your logo/name will ap-
pear on signage around the refreshments. Limit two sponsors.

Conference Bags ($7,500 Value): One (1) color imprint of sponsor's logo will
appear on every attendee bag. Sponsor can provide input on the bag’s design. If the
sponsor desires a more expensive bag, the sponsor will incur the additional cost to pur-
chase the bag. Limit one sponsor.
Conference App ($7,500 Value): Includes signage and logo on the home screen
of the conference app. Limit one sponsor.
Opening Reception ($7,500 Value): Help kick-off the conference! Includes signage, photo booth exclusivity, oppor-
tunity to set up promotional display or distribute promo materials and opportunity to address attendees (3 min). Limit one

Breakfast Key Note Speaker ($10,000 Value): One of the most memorable
parts of the conference — during Monday or Tuesday morning’s general session. Your
logo will be in all emails promoting the speaker and you also get the opportunity to
meet and introduce the speaker! Limit two sponsors.
Registration ($7,500 Value): What a way to get your name out there! The
sponsor’s logo will be placed on the conference registration form, on all confirmation
emails to attendees and on the onsite self check-in screens. Limit one sponsor.
Attendee WI-FI ($7,500 Value): Sponsor’s logo will be listed as the official WI-FI sponsor on the back of each confer-
ence badge. Sponsor will also get to create the username and password used by all attendees onsite. Limit one sponsor.

ACT’s Emerging Mobility Summit is a unique event bringing together 150 public officials, entrepreneurs,
thought leaders, and private sector TDM leaders for two days of discussions, learning, and networking
about the future of mobility and its impacts on commuters.
The event is aimed at strengthening the connection and role of innovation in Transportation Demand
Management and how the two working together can help achieve the goals of increased mobility, im-
proved quality of life, and increased economic activity. The event will feature morning plenary sessions,
afternoon discussion groups, and tours at the University of Texas . Our varying levels of sponsorship enable

ACT’s 2019 TDM Forum, will be held in Atlanta, GA, November 11-12th
bringing together 250 TDM professionals from public and private sec-
tor organizations for two days of learning and networking . This year’s
TDM Forum will feature sessions on employer programs, marketing,
innovation & technology, behavior change, and other topics.
The TDM Forum features two awards ceremonies that provide an op-
