Through educational gymnastics principles of good posture, correct body mechanics and self- testing activities are discussed and practiced as well as the analysis and practice of fundamental body movements and calisthenics. The different systems of the body are also discussed. It will also give the students the opportunity to design a personal fitness program like aerobic exercises. The Great Filipino Workout is integrated with the administration of Philippine Physical Fitness Test for the evaluation of the Physical Fitness status of the students at the beginning of the semester.

Its various components are specifically designed to enhance the youths active contribution to the general welfare.

Student will learn how to formulate data and procedural abstractions, and apply basic problem solving strategies and techniques to problems from different domains. Considerable attention is devoted to developing effective software engineering practice, emphasizing such principles as design, decomposition, encapsulation, procedural abstraction, testing and software reuse. Topics include standard programming constructs and problem-solving techniques that emphasize algorithmic strategies over syntactic detail.

Ginamit dito ang multidisiplinaryo at paraang interaktibo upang matukoy at matalakay ang mga pangunahing kaalaman sa wika. Malilinang din ang mga kasanayan sa paggamit ng wikang Filipino tungo sa lalong mataas na komunikasyon at sa kritikal na pagdidiskurso.

It will provide the students with the fundamental skills of at least one individual sport (Duckpin Bowling, basic swimming, and athletics) and/or dual sports (Badminton, table tennis, and lawn tennis) which includes its background, theory, demonstration and practice. Emphasis is on appreciation and development of sports skills.

It purports to instill in the students the basic concepts, principles and laws in mechanics and heat. This course covers the topics on: vectors, kinematics, dynamics and Newtons laws, gravitation, energy, momentum, torque and rotational motion, hydrostatics and hydrodynamics conservation laws in mechanics and heat concepts.

It offers a background on the fundamentals of Ballroom, Folk and Modern Dancing for social recreation. It includes the historical background and development of dances, the basic step patterns, and analysis of movement.

Learning will anchor on the OSI 7 Layers and TCP/IP 4 Layers. Students will appreciate how data flows through a network aided by different protocols and devices working under each respective layer. The lecture will be aided with vivid illustrations and software simulation program named Packet Tracer. This course will be streamlined with the CISCO Academy learning structure. Every lecture has an equivalent laboratory exercise, it may be actual or simulated using Packet Tracer. Students will be encouraged to analyze simple complex networks involving routed networks and VLAN (segmented) networks. The course will also cover basic security on switches and routers. Eventually building strong foundation for computer networking and preparing students for higher learning on the said field.
