• Acronym of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus

• National Agency for the promotion of the systematic vocational training and human resource development in all sectors of the economy

• Semi-government Organisation with a tripartite character at all levels

• By law all employers pay 0.5% on their payroll to the Human Resource Development Fund

• HRDA approves and subsidises training implemented by Training Providers in Cyprus and abroad
