As you unpack and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 A) Insert 4 wood dowels into left and right side partitions as shown.B) Insert 2 wood dowels into left and right side panels as shown.

2 Insert 4 wood dowels into bottom panel as shown.

3 A) Fit dowels of bottom panel into corresponding holes of left and right side panels as shown.B) Secure each side panel with 2 bolts as shown, using a phillips head screwdriver. Do not over tighten the bolts.

4 A) Fit dowels of partitions into corresponding holes of bottom panel as shown.B) Secure each parition with 3 large screws as shown, using a screwdriver. Do not over tighten the screws.

5 With assistance of another adult, fit dowels of assembly into corresponding holes of top panel and secure with 8 bolts as shown.

6 Attach 2 center supports to bottom panel as shown. Turn each support clockwise to secure.

7 With the assistance of another adult, position unit as shown. Attach back panel to back of assembly with 22 back screws, using a screwdriver.

8 A) With the assistance of another adult, position unit upright as shown. Insert 16 shelf pins at desired shelf heights. B) Place 4 adjustable shelves into assembly. Make sure each shelf is securely supported by shelf pins.

10 A) Attach 2 magnets to top and bottom panels with 2 magnet screws per magnet. Secure, but do not over tighten, with a phillips head screwdriver.B) Fit door hinges into corresponding side panel hinges as shown. Using a screwdriver, secure each hinge assembly with 1 pre-assembled screw. Assembly is now complete.

CLEANING AND CAREClean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth.Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the wood is finished with a protective clear lacquer.

9 Attach 2 hinges to left and right doors with 2 small screws per hinge, using a screwdriver.

OPTIONAL SAFETY MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the wall mounting hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it is essential to use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type (i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.). Mount to wood studs whenever possible.

A) Determine the final location of unit. Mark position on the wall, approximately 2" below the top of unit as shown.B) Drill a pilot hole in the wall stud. If the wall stud is not available, drill a hole in the wall that is slightly smaller in diameter than the plastic anchor. Gently tap the plastic anchor until the flange of the plastic anchor is flush with the wall.C) Insert large screw through end of wall strap and through the plastic anchor in the wall as shown.D) Insert small screw through end wall strap and into the top back of unit as shown.

Mounting assembly is now complete.

NOTE: If you are unsure about your wall type or what mounting method you should use, consult a qualified professional or your local hardware store.

HINGE ADJUSTMENT

If the doors do not appear square or aligned, loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on each case hinge as illustrated.
