    Health experts agree that the primary cause of aging is free radical attacks caused by genetic and environmental factors, such as pollution, exposure to UV radiation, smoking, and stress.

    A free radical is an atom or a molecule that has an unpaired electron in its outer ring. The unpaired electron then steals electrons from other healthy cells to stabilise itself.
