B-101 Welding Form QW-482 is a suggested format for Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS); Form QW-483 is a suggested format for Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). These forms are for the shielded metal-arc (SMAW), submerged-arc (SAW), gas metal-arc (GMAW), and gas tungsten-arc (GTAW) welding pro- cesses, or a combination of these processes.
