• Original plan was to organize a dinner for Seniors on

April 5

• But, we changed the plan because

– we felt that two weeks wouldn’t be enough to prepare

– surely, the Seniors will still be on post-Graduation high with

family and friends

– we weren’t sure how many Seniors are going to be free on April

5 anyway.

• Bakit May 6?

– It’s supposedly an MYM Day, so we thought of combing

the MYM and Farewell.

– It’s an opportunity to make the event bigger, involve more ASLANs!

• Any cons?

– Some Seniors (who are originally from the province) might

have gone home by then

– Seniors might be working already

– Hindi ba too late ang May?

• What do we do about the cons?

– Okay lang naman na May. Those working can still go since

the event will span from 5 – 9 PM.

– Better din na May para wala tayong kaaway sa “post-grad

high” ng Seniors

• Began with a problem: – If for every Senior, someone will give a testimonial,

• A. Hindi ba masyadong mahaba and marami?

• B. Hindi kaya maging boring?

• Proposal: – Instead of simply giving generic testimonial, let’s give every

senior a TOKEN and a TESTIMONIAL

• TOKEN – something that the people close to the Senior will prepare, the “Testimonial Giver” will take charge!

• TESTIMONIAL – testimonial giver will send a 10-15 second one-liner video about the Senior.

Nico, as the Person In Charge for Del, will have to coordinate with everyone who has witnessed Del’s leadership, and come up with a token for Del.

The token can be of any form. Compilation of videos, collection of palancas, some gift with dedication, etc.

At the same time, Nico will also have to send us a 10-15 second one liner video about Delfin’s leadership. ie. Thanks Delfin for being a ____ leader.

We will be the one to compile this collection of one-liners.

• To celebrate the leadership and achievement of our

graduating ASLANs

• To send-off these Seniors towards their chosen career

paths

• To gather all other ASLANs and make it a night of

community and celebration

• To showcase the achievements of ASLA Alumni

• It will feel like an ASLA Grad Dinner

• Venue: No final venue yet

• Suggested Venues (in order of “priority”): Aldo Tong’s

House?, Something Cam Ang could suggest, Gem’s

clubhouse, inside Ateneo, somewhere outside Ateneo.

• There will be a “ticket price” (mura lang!)

– to shoulder expenses

– to send a message to EVERYONE that this is a big and

important event

– to make people commit to actually attending
