    RESEARCH OBJECTIVE:

    The aim of the research is to understand the customer

    dynamics with regard to

    their time they take to reach the store ,

    their frequency of shopping ,

    Location Analysisthe Community mix in Big Bazaar Family Centre Sealdah.

    Also, the project seeks to study what the people of the various

    communities find in Big Bazaar Family Centre-Sealdah -which

    are the things they buy from outside ,what things they would

    love to see in BBFC ,what things they never buy from BBFC etc..

    RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:

    SOURCE OF DATA:

    Primary Data: Data collected and utilized for the purpose of project under

    study. This data was collected by way of personal interview through

    Questionnaire during the course of work at Big Bazaar Family Centre LILUAHfrom the 23 april to 27 april

    SAMPLE SIZE:

    A sample size of 286 was considered. A random sampling of the customers of

    various age-groups were done during the projecttenure.
