Visual Merchandising

For these three projects we made shadow boxes out of foam core board. We made 3 dimensional boxes that could be used as window displays. We needed to make them for an accessories and jewelry client. I was inspired by the circus, forties fashion and Fashion Designer Betsey Johnson.

Photoshop

I was inspired by the Spy/Detective look for this collection. I created the mood, fabrics and final looks boards using Photoshop. The flats were created using Illustrator.

Store Design

For this project I created a store through Sketchup. I designed fixtures, a cash wrap and a floor plan for the store. I also included store colors, lighting and furniture. I was inspired by contemporary western.

I was inspired by The Native American culture for this project. I created a jewelry line which I made out of stones, wire and feathers.

Visual Merchandising

For this project we worked in groups to create a display unit based on megatrends. Our inspira-tion was Pop-Art, women’s rights, and self expression. We used paint to color the individual boards.

Specialty DesignFor this assignment we needed to pick a celebrity and design a line for them to choose for an event. I chose Katy Perry and she is going to the VMAs. Includes fabrics and flats.

Specialty DesignFor this assignment we needed to create a bridal line that included flats and fabrics. I was inspired by old fairytales for this collection.

I was inspired by three of Van Gogh’s paintings for this project. I created eight looks for the collection and the boards also show flats and the fabrics used.
