The ASHA Workload Calculator can document:
1. Enter your total
hours for the week.
2. Enter your
minutes/hours for
each activity, on
each day.
Upon completion of entering your minutes/hours into the ASHA School Services Workload Calculator, you will
have two data visualizations populated with your information.
Detailed reports are populated with your
input.
Questions and answers...
How long does it take to use?• Variable – 5 minutes, informally;
approximately an hour if completed in detail
Do I have to do anything with the graphics?
• NO – all information transfers automatically from forms to two charts
In the directions what does “scheduled weekly hours” mean?
• Indicates the number of hours you are committed to work per your employment contract
Can I save my data?• Yes, once you download it, save it with a
different name
