and administration services are designed to accommodate the evolving investor landscape and

expectations for retirement.

Asgaard Retirement Plans offer independent retirement strategies to meet the specifi c aims of

employers as well as families and individuals.

ContributionsThere is no limit to the amount of contributions. Generally, you or your employer can establish a periodic

contribution plan or a lump sum arrangement. Contributions may be enhanced with employers as part

of remuneration or made voluntarily in lieu of government contributions.

Consolidation of contributions from different funds as well as existing assets is also permitted to

facilitate management and supervision of your accumulation performance.

Access to Funds and PensionsFunds can be accessed once you reach retirement age or in exceptional circumstances such as

fi nancial hardship, termination of employment, disability or death. Funds can also be moved to other

retirement plans at any time.

Once you have access to your funds, a pension account can be opened and funded from your retirement

accumulation accounts. Your frequency of pension payment will be structured in accordance with the

agreed plan. Once the pension payment plan has commenced, adding further funds to the pension

account will not be allowed in most circumstances. However, pension payment amounts can be

increased or reduced. Pension payments are subject to a minimum amount.

In the event of your death, the trustee will distribute your account balances in accordance with your

nomination of benefi ciaries.

How Accounts WorkDepending upon your investment and pension strategy, funding your retirement is organised through

accumulation and pension accounts, or a combination of both.

The pension account permits the trustee greater fl exibility in allocating and distributing accumulated

funds between nominated benefi ciaries, depending on circumstances. Retirement funding cannot

be altered once selected, but individuals may review their nominated benefi ciaries. We recommend

that review of benefi ciaries be undertaken periodically to ensure that your current circumstances and
