    Techni cal Warm-up

    3-Step Warm-upStep 1-Aerobic Activity

    5 min, low-aerobic level Jogging or technical ball work

    Step 2-Dynamic Flexibility

    Knee to chest, lunge with twist,leg swings, etc.

    Step 3-Movement Preparation

    Jog, skip, high knees, shuffle,open/close gate etc.

    Increase core temperature Increase heart rate and blood

    flow to skeletal tissues

    Increase coordination, skillaccuracy and reaction time

    Injury Prevention

    Limitations of Traditional Warm-up:

    Initial jog has minimal effect onincreasing body temperature

    Static stretches are beneficial toincreasing limb range of motion,

    and its main goal is to relaxthe

    muscles

    The body loses the increase intemperature gained by the initial

    jog during the static stretching

    period

    2 defenders, 4 offensive players

    Keep possession away fromdefenders

    2 touch If defender steals ball, they switch

    with person who lost it

    Improve vision, touch, andcomposure on offense.

    Learn to force one way anddefend as a unit

    Keep the space tight

    Use your body as a shield Move towards ball, dont wait for
