Your mechanic will receive one package optimized for a complete job. All parts are traceable and our smart packaging allows for easy and efficient handling.

Vendor ReductionLeveraging on our extensive network of suppliers and our market expertise, we can further optimize your supply chain by offering you the opportunity to consolidate your purchases via Avio-Diepen. This will reduce your expenses on sourcing, ordering, financial administration, and most important - logistics costs. If you look to conduct a retrofit program, we are ready to help you to source and deliver parts that may come from multiple suppliers in just one package.

Vendor Owned Inventory ManagementSupported by our proprietary forecasting software, we can offer various arrangements that take the burden of carrying inventory off your shoulders while we make sure that the parts are available when you need them. We own the contracted parts until the moment you use them.

ADvalue - Full Material ManagementSince 2002, ADvalue, our proprietary Material Management System has been in use by the world leading Engine MROs. After the successful introduction of the exchange program for the VSV actuator of the CFM56-5/7 engine, Arkwin and Avio-Diepen are now offering these unique exchange programs for the actuators used on the CF34-8 and LM (Marine & Industrial) engines. The objective of these programs is the same: to minimize your cost of ownership and provide a very short Turn-Around-Time (TAT).These programs contain an exchange,

meaning that in return for every actuator in need of repair, a factory new unit will be provided, which comes with a brand new OEM warranty. These programs are available for all MRO facilities and airlines worldwide, effective immediately. Launch customers for all programs have already signed up. The scope of the exchange programs consists of the following engine actuators:

Arkwin PN GE PN Description Engine

1211508-007 4120T02P07 CVG master actuator CF34-8

1211427-007 L43420P07 VBV actuator LM2500 / LM6000

The key advantage of these exchange pro- grams is a lower cost of ownership experience. For you it is more cost effective than repairing actuators, as it will provide you with the following advantages:

• Your actuators in need of repair will be exchanged with OEM Factory New units at a sharply reduced Price

• The exchange units will come with full 6000 hour or 3-year OEM new manufacturer warranty

• Stock availability for this program is guaranteed by means of multiple worldwide stocking locations provided by Avio-Diepen and Arkwin.

• Overall lower transaction, inventory and logistics costs

Arkwin Exchange Programs: the New Repair Concept

The new Le Bozec Filtration & Systems (Donaldson Group) avionics cooling system design for the A320 family aircraft provides clean, dry air to the avionics bay against the most efficient cost. As this system assures dry clean air for cooling purposes of the avionics in the aircraft, it is a crucial factor in reducing your overall maintenance cost on avionics. For this new design, Donaldson focused on superior air filtration combined with low cost of ownership. As a result, the new design offers the following features from which you can benefit:• Best dust efficiency• Lowest minimum of maintenance

requirements• Weight reduction (up to 3 kgs, depending

on A/C configuration)

• Increased dust holding capability• Improved water separation efficiency• Increased life time of the filter elements

against competition• Lower pressure drop• Low cost of ownership

The Donaldson Avionics cooling system is standard equipment for the A320 Aircraft family, however; this needs to be confirmed in the SFE selection. For this reason, we would like to ask you to contact Avio-Diepen when you are carrying out SFE selection for your aircraft. This avionic system is part of the SFE selection for ATA chapter 21.If your aircraft are currently not equipped with this Donaldson Avionics cooling system, we can offer you the possibility of retrofitting

In late 2010 ADUS lost good friend and employee Diana Byrne to cancer. It was a devastating blow to all of us, as she had given so much of herself to Avio-Diepen and her fellow employees. In 2011 following a unanimous vote of support from the Avio-Diepen US employees we donated our budgeted local charitable/benevolence fund to the Diana Izzi Byrne Room for Reflection, Relaxation and Prayer in the Piedmont

Hospital Cancer Center. The Cancer Center offers care and support to cancer patients and their families. LaVann Lundrum, the Director of Philanthropy at the center, shared countless stories of patients and their families that have already found comfort and solace through the availability of the Diana Izzi Byrne Room. “Avio-Diepen was among the very first in our community to support the Piedmont Fayette Cancer Center with your gift in memory of Diana Izzi Byrne. It has been a place of refuge and peace amidst the chaos and grief that cancer inflicts on the lives of the patients and their families.” The global Avio-Diepen team should feel proud that we work for a company and leaders that value their employees and the communities where we operate and that those contributions of time and support we make causes ripples of impact and benefits for many beyond our team.
