ASCE Subscription Policy• All subscriptions must be prepaid.• Subscriptions are accepted on a one-year basis

only. Multiple-year subscriptions will not be accepted. If previous annual volumes of the journals are requested, they will be charged at the current 2014 subscription price.

• All journal subscriptions are entered on a calendar-year basis. Service begins upon receiving a paid order. Back issues for the current year will be sent on late subscriptions. Civil Engineering subscriptions are entered on a random-expire basis and begin upon receipt of a paid order.

• There are no agency or library discounts given on subscriptions.

• Online subscription access requires both an online subscription payment and a signed User Agreement. You must register at www.asce.org/librarians to complete the online User Agreement.

• Domestic rates apply only to the U.S. and possessions. International rates apply to all other countries. For journals being shipped to international destinations, air delivery service is included in the international rate price.

• Requests for cancellation made after an order has been processed and service has begun are subject to a service charge. A credit or refund will be given on the unserved portion of the subscription.

• Missing-issue requests will be honored only if received within three months (domestic) and five months (international) of the publication date.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Post-Cancellation Policy: Institutions may request post-cancellation electronic files on DVD for a nominal fee for the period during which an online subscription was held.
