Although this short booklet would not suffice18 years of service and 1,500 environmentaliststrained, this booklet will focus on our missionactivities for the past year.

With that being said, we are hoping andpraying that with your help and support, anARASOF Kalikasan would be a reality!

    Why Kalikasan at ARASOF?

EXISTING PROGRAMS MADE STRONGERTowards the fulfillment of its organizational goals,

the Kalikasan Organization in your University would

provide support for the implementation of anyGreen Projects inside the University. (Cleanliness,

    Beautification, Gardening, etc.)

EXTENSION-WORK MADE EASIERThe organization can also provide technical and

volunteer support for environment-relatedextension activities. Given the geographical

proximity of the University to existing Reforestationprograms of the Ugnayan network (Mt. Talamitamand Mt. Batulao), ARASOF would gain access to

these sites easily and utilize establishedpartnerships by the Ugnayan network.

NETWORKS MADE BIGGERAs a member of the Ugnayan network, the

organization will have assistance from other schoolsfrom Leadership Development, FacilitationTrainings, Inter-Chapter Visits, Simultaneous

Advocacy and Bonding activities that will furtherenhance local chapter programs and initiative, as

    well as student life.

implementation and maintanance environmental-relatedactivities since its establishment in the year 1995.Concentrated in the forest-rich Southern Tagalogregion, most chapters are formed by students with theguidance of Sir Jojit Latayan, who served as either instructor orlecturer for Psychology, Sociology or NSTP of these schools.
