❏ Pin or Password

❏ Account number

❏ Zip code account is billed to

Preparing for your visit will make the process quick & smooth.

❏ Back up the content on your device

APPLE USERS..Back up to iTunes or iCloud and have the following information about your account:

❏ Apple ID ❏ Password

❏ If you’re not keeping your iPhone, the ‘Find My iPhone’ feature must be disabled by following these steps:

Go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn off ‘Find My iPhone.’
