    As per first question in questionnaire 60 % of the employees says the organization is

    quality conscious, whereas 40 % believe the company is not quality conscious.

    As per second question in questionnaire 90 % of the employees says the organization

    have ISO 9000 certification, whereas 10 % believe the company doesnt have ISO 9000

    certifications.

    As per third question in questionnaire 70 % of the employees says the organization is

    providing quality assurance system and operation, whereas 30 % believe the company

    is not providing quality assurance system and operation.

    As per fourth question in questionnaire 40 % of the employees says that less than 10

    Employees are involved in the quality circle, whereas 10 % believe that more than 10 of

    the Employees are involved in the quality circle whereas 30 % believe that more than 15

    Employees are involved in the quality circle whereas 20 % says they have no idea of

    the people involved in the quality circle.

    As per fifth question in questionnaire 10 % of the employees says that that theirorganization holds weekly meeting of quality circle, whereas 20 % of the employees

    says that that their organization holds biweekly meeting of quality circle whereas 30 %

    of the employees says that that their organization holds monthly meeting of quality circle

    whereas 40 % of the employees says that that their organization holds yearly meeting of

    quality circle.

    As per sixth question in questionnaire 40 % of the employees says that they do discuss

    about the agenda of discussion, whereas 60 % believe they dont do any such

    discussions.

    As per seventh question in questionnaire 20 % of the employees believe that their

    organization has ISO 14000 Certification or any other such organization, whereas 40 %

    believe that their organization doesnt has ISO 14000 Certification or any other such

    organization and in 40% of the employees have no idea at all about such certifications.

    As per eighth question in questionnaire 10 % of the employees says they are using six

    sigma for error control, whereas 40 % of the employees says they are not using six

    sigma for error control and in 50% of the employees have no idea at all about practicing

    six sigma for error control.

    InterpretationsAs per above question 40 % of the employees feel that they have a chance of

    promotion if they put an extra efforts in their work, whereas 40 % of the employees feel

    that they have a no chance of promotion if they put an extra efforts in their work

    whereas 20 % of the employees were not able to say anything about their promotion for

    extra work they put in.
