Support the chef de party in the daily operation and work.Control food stock and food cost in our section.Assist the junior Chef de Party in checking in keeping the kitchen areas and equipment’s clean and hygienic conditions.Assist the junior Chef de Party in checking the quality of food produced by the kitchen associates.Inform junior Chef de Party any malfunctioning damage or unclean equipment.
