Presidential Powers

The President is the Commander in Chief of the military in wartime and can grant reprieves and pardons for offences against the United States, excluding impeachment

The President can make treaties with 2/3rds Senate approval and can appoint ambassadors, His Cabinet, and Supreme Court Justices

The President can Fill any Vacancies during senate recess that would expire at the end of their next session
